Milo, 22, came to me feeling frustrated with his body. He was carrying more weight than he felt comfortable with and wasn’t happy with the amount of body fat he had. He knew something had to change, but he didn’t want to feel deprived or forced into doing endless hours of cardio, something he absolutely dreaded.

I created a plan that was personalized, sustainable, and perfectly suited to his lifestyle. I built him a tailored workout routine that helped him burn fat but that also focused on strength training, so he could transform his body while still enjoying life outside the gym. Milo didn’t need to sacrifice the foods he loved and I developed a nutrition plan that kept him in a calorie deficit without forcing him to eat foods he disliked. It was all about balance, and we made sure the plan fit into his daily routine.

One of the biggest challenges for Milo was the idea of doing cardio, so I made sure his plan didn’t revolve around long, gruelling cardio sessions. Instead, we incorporated small amounts of cardio and focused on consistent movement with 10k steps a day – an approach that helped him burn fat without feeling overwhelmed. We also used intermittent fasting and strategically timed meals to ensure he wasn’t feeling hungry at night, helping him stay on track and avoid the temptation to break his diet.

    Do I need access to a gym?

    Not necessarily. If you don’t have access to a gym, I can design you a bespoke, home-based program that uses minimal equipment or bodyweight exercises.
